Men’s 36 Hole Strokeplay – Some legendary golf today in the Men’s 36 hole competition- Senior winner of best Gross – John Warner with 158 over the two rounds. Intermediate Davis Lester Clark with 178. And Junior winner Mike Charteris with 188. The best Nett was shared by John Warner and Mike Charteris who both had 150. Impressive golfing!! 9 hole Ladies – Results from Wed 10 Sep – here’s the results for the comps today in very blustery conditions. Best Nett – one more round to play on the 5th Nov, 1st Billie Holmes 31 (just wow in those conditions), 2nd Ali Russell 37, 3rd Jenny Tosswill & Sarah Harvey 40. Nearest the Pin winners – #8 Lola Kiel, #16 Tania Williamson. My apologies to Sarah Harvey, as I missed mentioning the Two she scored on #6 on Wed 3 Sep 
18 hole Ladies – Results for Wed 10 Sep – Two weeks in a row, Felicity Warren has won the competition – today with 35 points, 2nd a-back-in-form Bernadette Pither with 34, 3rd Bindy McLeod with 33, 4th Ju Allen on a countback from Angela Busby with 32. Katrina Burgess was rewarded for her Two on #6. Closest to the pin on #6 was Nicola Warren & Kelly Taylor on the #8. Two chip-ins by Angela Busby! Nicola witnessed a fabulous birdie on #7 with Sandra Petersen hitting into a stiff wind!
Grumpies – Stableford results from 9 Sep – 1st Chris Brooks 36 points, 2nd= Bob Tosswill & Tony Taylor 32 points, 3rd= Seamus O’Sullivan & Pete Price 31 points. A Two on #6 for Tony Taylor.
