Grumpies – PAR 22 Sep – 1st: 
Ladies 9 holes – What a fabulous day at Royal Wellington. We played a putting round with some fab results.
1st: Jenny Tosswill on 13, 2nd: Tamyka Hayes on 14, 3rd: Tingay Davidson on 19. Jenny T and Tingay also both got Topless Twos!
Ladies 18 holes – Results from Ladies Open Day
Last week we had the Wairarapa 4BBB Open. The weather tried its best to dampen the day. I think we had four seasons in a day; however, not much Summer. The Results were: Best Gross – Yuriko Manabe and Caroline Lamb (Shandon) 82 Gross, Best Nett – Sue Green and Maria Kalasih (Kapiti) 66 Nett, Best Stableford – Patricia Dyde (Napier) and Julia Deeley (Martinborough) 43 Stableford. Nearest the Pins #4 Caroline Lamb, #8 Jenny Boyne, #10 Sandra Ruscoe, #16 Caroline Lamb. Twos went to Sue Bolton (Boulcott’s Farm) and Crystal Lee (Shandon).
The final of the Martin Fourball Best Ball was played on Friday with Honor Clark and Jaquee Reid coming out victorious. Congratulations, Ladies.
Thursday Club – Stableford 24 Sep – 1st: Mark Gray 40 points, 2nd: Shane Hislop 39 points, 3rd: Paul Riddiford 36 points. Twos for James Elworthy, Andrew Tuck, David Stevenson, Andrew Milne (Wainuiomata), Gordon Gregory (Miramar) on #10, Jason Shaw, Derek Stephens on #16. Nearest the Pin was David Stephenson on #10.
Weekend Comps –
Medal/Putting Sat 26 Sep – 1st: Alistair (Tora) Boyne 71 Net, 2nd: Jason Shaw on countback 75 Net, 3rd: James Elworthy 75 Net. Twos for Dayle Scrimshaw on #8 and Freddie Gloag on #16. Freddie also won the Putting with 27 putts.
