BP2go Martinborough enabled an awesome Junior Open with a field of 38 golfers (and a best gross score of 74 that left our regular golfers in awe!).Thanks too to Kiwi Golf and All Teed Up Pro Shop for supplying some fab prizes and to Karen Stephens who did all the heavy lifting organising the day as well as our staff who are amazing and the various volunteers who helped especially walking the course helping the newer golfers

9 hole Ladies – A big week for the 9 hole group. Wednesday we set out on our Shootout final only to be rained off after 4 holes. Friday saw us celebrating 25+ years of the 9 hole group with current members welcoming the foundation and past members to celebrate in the club rooms. They were suitably impressed! We played 6 holes of fun golf followed by a superb lunch. We gathered in the evening for drinks, canapés, buffet dinner along with lots of reminiscing and laughs. Thank you to Tennessee, Tucky, Seanoa and your teams for making it a most successful and memorable occasion.
18 hole Ladies – Results from Wednesday 1 October, 1st Angela Busby 36, 2nd Jenny Wilkie 35, 3rd Sandra Petersen 34, 4the Honor Clark 33 on a countback from Carol Parkinson. Nearest the Pin on #6 Carol Parkinson and #8 Jenny Wilkie. There were no Twos. Nearest the Pin from Wednesday 24 September was #6 Carol & #8 Ju Allen. Some accurate shots from Carol two weeks in a row!

As per the flier – ‘Field limited to the first 36 paid team entries’, so please get your payments made via internet banking, or at the Office with cash or EFTPOS. Pre-payment also eases congestion at Registration time with 144 players getting ready for tee off.
As per the flier – The maximum handicaps are 24 Male and 36 Female. Entrants that exceed these thresholds have been entered in the competition with the permitted maximum handicaps.
