Women’s Golf starter lessons – Grapes & Giggles Season 2 is back! This is a great way for the women in your life to start or return to golf. It’s a series of (popular) group lessons, culminating in a new to golf 9 hole Ambrose. Classes start from 14 August. The flyer is attached and the registration link is: Grape & Giggles Season 2
Men’s 54/36 hole Classic – We are also reminding members that entries are open for the Martinborough Men’s Golf Classic on 02/03 October. This is the annual 54/36 hole competition for historic trophies (and very generous cash prizes). Feel free to share with friends from other clubs and make a weekend of it. Ladies –
18 holes – 1st: Angela Busby 74 Nett, 2nd: Kelly Taylor 77 Nett, 3rd: Julie Dondertman 77 Nett. Winner of the Putts was Julie Dondertman with 28 putts. NTP #10 Karen Delehanty and #16 Alison Tipler. The only Two of the day went to Kelly Taylor.
Thursday Club – Stableford 30 Jul – 1st: Chris Ranish 38 points, 2nd: Pete Price, Brett Abercrombie 37 points, 3rd: Arthur Warren 36 points, 4th: Stu Taplin, Murray Gribben 35 points. Two Twos for Chris Ranish #8 & #10, Steve Harley, Murray Gribben #4, Pete Price #8. NTP #10 Seamus O’Sullivan.
