Hello Golfers.
Men’s Interclub takes a break now for the School Holidays, Easter, and Anzac weekend. After 8 rounds Div 2 sit at 2nd following Masterton GC, Div 9 lead their division, and Div 12 are in 5th. Round 9 is 3 May.
The Ladies have a two week break from Interclub.
18-hole Ladies – Nancy McCormack was played in pretty good golf weather. Angela Busby did an outstanding job as the organiser of the day. She also produced more wonderful raffles. The current holders of the trophy, Julie Dondertman/Jaquee Reid won again with a net 129 after two rounds, 2nd Sarah Monaghan/Netia Morison with 133, 3rd Sherry Weatherstone/Adele Cairns with 135, and 4th Carol Parkinson/Angela Busby with 136.
The PAR weekend competition had 31 entries on Sunday 6 April with Alec Dondertman well ahead of the pack with +9, followed by Julie Warner +5 , and Seamus O’Sullivan +3 on a countback. Alec also scored the only Two of the day of #8.
