18 holes – Results from last week LGU (nett) – 1st Emily Loughnan 71, 2nd Katrina Burgess 72, 3rd Karen Delehanty 73. NTP #6 Jenny Wilkie and #8 Marie Scrimshaw. The only Two of the day was had by Julie Dondertman.
On Friday we played Riverside Cup at Eketahuna; however, the team had a bad day with a 2 to 6 Loss to Castlepoint combined Team. Congratulations to Marie Scrimshaw and Jaquee Reid on your wins. We are lucky enough to still be sitting 2nd on the table 1 point behind the leaders.
Tilson Salver was played last Sunday and Castlepoint had a good day that day too. They beat our girls 4 to 2. Congratulations to Emily and Nicola for their wins.
9 holes – 10 of the 9 hole group had a putting and chipping lesson with Brad Carter. I believe everyone not only enjoyed the lesson but also learnt more in 2.5 hours than ever expected. Those not having a lesson played an Ambrose which was won by Sherryl Howie and Lu Little.
