Hello golfers
Autumn on the Greens was a real team effort, and everyone contributed to making the weekend such a success. It was wonderful to see the Clubrooms looking welcoming on Saturday night and, most importantly, to see so many happy people enjoying themselves. Thank you to everyone who helped behind the scenes and on the day—your hard work, enthusiasm, and support made the event truly memorable. Check our Facebook page for photos.
The major winners were: Michelle Quinn from Paraparaumu Beach with 40 Stableford points, Robyn Sinclair from Feilding had the best Nett score of 68, Tracy Bary from Rarangi achieved the best Gross score of 80. A few of our girls won prizes as well.
Office reminder – Now that the cooler months are upon us – If there’s a frost, no play is permitted until 9.30am.
Why? Playing on a frozen green may cause long-term, costly damage because the greens are susceptible to lasting impressions from foot traffic.
